Since their first location was chosen on Washington Street in 2000, Cafco has built or assisted in opening all eleven Flour Bakeries along side Joanne Chang and her team. Most recently we wrapped up and opened the Brigham Circle location in January 2026.

Cafco has built all five Row 34 locations since the first one opened on Congress Street in 2013. This has included projects in Boston, Cambridge, Burlington, and Portsmouth (NH).
